* Salary range: $56,010 - $65,523 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Job

UniSA Education Futures have an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a customer service focus to act as the first point of inquiry contact within the Units reception office.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for undertaking a wide range of general administration tasks including responding to and redirecting general enquiries, finance administration, generating pro-forma contracts, reviewing and updating databases, assisting with travel bookings, and event support.

Skills and Experience

Knowledge of finance administration is essential, previous experience in a finance administration position is desirable.

To be successful in this position you will have:

* Experience in a reception or administration position
* High-level customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and information systems
