Cape Lodge is a small luxury country house hotel and restaurant in the heart of the beautiful Margaret River Wine Country in Western Australia. The hotel sits on its own 40 acres with 22 rooms, a 4 bedroom luxury private residence, restaurant and cookng school.

We are seeking a suitable qualified and epxeriecnes Restaurnat Manager to assist in the managment of the day to day operations within Cape Lodge, ensuring an efficient and custmer driven operation. The role will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the daily duties including overseeing the dine dining restaurant, guests lounge and bar menus as wil as assistance with the running of special events, weddings, staff rosters, puchasing and liaising with the Head Chef and hotel managment.

Excelletn intereronsl skills, attention to detail, guest flexibilty and most importantly the innate personal attributes and flexibilty required to provide genuine hospitality to our discerning guests.

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per annum
