The Role

As a Post Placement Support Consultant your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Engage with internal stakeholders and provide business support
Wage subsidy management
Entering placements and creating wage subsidies
Early intervention of any risks to employment and implement strategies to mitigate disengagement
Manage a high volumes of calls and meetings with internal stakeholders to provide support on claims tracking
Collection of claim evidence ensuring claims are submitted in a timely manner in accordance with contract requirements
Track placements and maintain meticulous records in all systems

About You

Employment Services experience is essential, with a particular focus on claims
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships among a diverse range of stakeholders
Enthusiastic, friendly with a proactive positive attitude delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and a team player
Ability to innovatively solve problems and address difficulties
Previous experience working in a call centre or compliance based environment will be highly regarded.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload;
Flexible and adaptable;
