Accounts Receivable Officer

The Company

Our client is a rapidly expanding SaaS company with a presence both locally and abroad. They are seeking support on a full-time basis due to rapid growth from within their market segment. The Finance team is experienced, inclusive, and collaborative, with an outstanding CFO at the helm. Their offices are modern and easily accessible for those within a reasonable commute of the CBD.

The Role

This Accounts Receivable role must ensure revenue is recognised correctly and receivables are managed from end-to-end.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Weekly revenue reporting
Receivables management and collection of debt
Daily bank reconciliations and cashflow reporting
Assist with month end processes and procedures
Creation of invoices
Reconciliation of client accounts and campaign booking reports
Ad hoc tasks as required
Responding to queries in a timely manner

About You

Experience in a fast-paced Accounts Receivable role, working with a variety of internal stakeholders
High level attention to detail with an ability to balance competing priorities
Experience with SAP or any other large ERP systems (desirable, not mandatory)
Social, friendly and always willing to lend a hand
