We're looking for some team members who can help build the launchpad for a range of big-change technology products.

The purpose of this role:

As Product Scrum Master within Aginic Ventures, you will work closely with start up founders across all stages from problem discovery, product and feature scoping, team set up and product delivery.

You will also be responsible for leading a squad of talented Engineers and Designers as well as playing an active role in Aginic’s Delivery chapter.

About you:

You will have a proven track record successfully delivering projects in an Agile way, ideally with a good understanding of the start up world. You will also have:

The ability to work in fast paced environments with changing priorities and requirements
Experience with product strategy and product road maps
The ability to inspire others through doing, not scared of technology, or having a crack!
Previous experience working in an agile team with a track record of delivering a variety of different projects
A secure understanding of what ‘good’ agile team delivery looks and feels like
Strong organisational and communication skills
A collaborative approach to working; you prefer working in a team than on your own
A natural ability to facilitate group sessions and workshops
A good understanding of servant leadership, naturally seeking out ways to help people bring their best self to every project
