Salary Range: $64,779 - $70,425

Exciting opportunities exist for Customer Services Administration Support Officers with extensive experience in customer service. We're looking for people with resilience, flexibility, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to interact well with all stakeholders. The successful applicants will undertake a wide range of clerical and administrative functions including reception and switchboard duties, as part of the customer services team.

About School Services

School Services Directorate is part of the Educational Services Division and was established in 2018 to better support NSW Public Schools. We partner with internal and external stakeholders to build the capacity of teachers and leaders to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes. School Services includes Learning, Teaching and Leading, Learning and Wellbeing, Aboriginal Education and Wellbeing.
