Clerk Grade 7/8, Base Salary ($97,152 – $107,541), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We have nine branches located across NSW supported by specialist teams. The Principal Branch Officer leads a team that is collectively responsible for providing customer-centered Planning Ahead services offered by NSW Trustee & Guardian.

Drafting Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents that support customers’ wishes, with advice from specialist internal teams in law, tax and financial planning.
Supporting the Branch Manager in business development and community engagement initiatives, managing complex customer matters and providing guidance to branch staff members

Essential Requirements

Understanding of NSW government and NSWTG’s key services and client base.
Current and Valid NSW Driver’s License
All roles in NSWTG require a willingness to have phone calls monitored for quality and training purposes

About you

The successful applicant will have experience in stakeholder management, the legal environment, and have strong customer service skills. They will also be an effective communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve complex customer needs in an effective and efficient manner, with strong attention to detail. In addition, they will need to possess a current NSW driver licence and be willing to travel.
