Reporting to the GM - People, Learning & Culture, your role will be to lead a compact team to deliver On boarding and the ongoing development of CPLs workforce capability, values and culture. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and support across CPL through the delivery and planning, coordination and administration of all learning and development activities. It’s an exciting time to be a part of CPL in the dynamic NDIS business environment!

Responsibilities include

Lead a team to deliver CPLs on-boarding and training objectives
General administration of Learning Management System (Litmos)
Optimising the training schedule
Manage team training reporting and documentation
Organise the completion of compliance training for currency
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Developing and implementing L&D plan for the organisation

Skills & Experience

Experience in a similar role within a HR / L&D department
Proven timely attention to detail with accurate administration skills
Be well organised with good time management skills
Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Advanced computer skills, with high level competency with MS Office
