ManVision Consulting is an IT Services, Products and Staffing Services company founded by highly experienced IT and Staffing professionals. We are currently seeking a Software Developer to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to:
 Conduct feasibility study, evaluate system limitations, and provide technical solutions accordingly.
 Research and analyse the user requirements and consult with the team to provide the service within a defined time framework.
 Test and debug software applications and resolve code errors and security challenges to ensure desirable functionality.
 Design, develop, document and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
 Write and modify code and execute in test and production environments.
 Interpret software specifications and convert them into high functioning code in the appropriate language.
 Ensure quality of deliverables and develop and maintain relevant technical
documentation.
 Analyse existing code to identify possible cause of defects reported by the clients.
 Maintain and upgrade web and desktop-based business applications and software systems.
 Package and support deployment of releases.
 Active involvement in projects from conception to finished product.

Essential Criteria:
 A minimum qualification of Master’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
 Minimum experience of one - two years working within a similar role.
 Experience with Java, .Net, and C# is essential.
 Experience with Salesforce CRM and Siebel CRM would be highly preferred.
