ABOUT THE COMPANY

Ezy Group Services is a locally owned and operated company based in Kempsey. Formerly known as Ezy Waste Group, we have gone through a name change to more accurately reflect the multitude of services we offer, from Waste and recycling to potable water deliveries.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service focused receptionist to join our Kempsey administration team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Present a welcoming and helpful face to our business through all business mediums
Manage all calls/emails and answer a variety of queries
Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met
Manage customer requests and information quickly and reliably
Assist with a range of general administrative functions; including but not limited to data entry, accounts receivable, scheduling, accurate reporting, general housekeeping etc

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate to join the Ezy Group Services team will require the following skills:

Positive, outgoing personality
Excellent personal presentation and phone manner
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
Strong skills and history using business-related computer software incl. MS Office
Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
Able to work well within a team and autonomously
Able to multi-task effectively

ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE

Drivers licence and own vehicle

Experience in customer service or administration

Willingness to undergo further education in either Office Administration or Management & Leadership Cert III or IV

POSITION DETAILS

Full Time, 38 Hours, Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm including one 8.30am start
Award rate offered (Clerks – Private Sector)
