In this role youll have the opportunity to take the reins on the digital requirements for a high profile retail brand and let your strategic, technical and account servicing skills shine. Working within a dedicated team of entrepreneurial, tech-minded specialists, youll manage client relationships and ensure all timeline, budget and brief development is expertly managed. You must have strong digital credentials and ideally have worked on large digital re-platform projects, with an equal combination of tech and communication knowledge base. Prior big agency experience at Account Director level will help you in this role will any prior experience across CMS platforms, Shopify Plus or other SaaS technologies.
