Our best client, located in Southbank is seeking a property manager with 2 years minimum experience to step into a dream role with a boutique agency.

They are a super professional, A-grade team who pride themselves on family culture, work-life balance and out of work events!

Hours:
Monday – Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Work 1 in 4 Saturday's and get 1 FULL Day off in Lieu

Salary:
Up to $75,000 Base + 9.5% Superannuation
+ BUSINESS PHONE
+ LAPTOP / IPAD

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Managing a portfolio of 140 properties all local the office with admin assistance.
Govern Rent Reviews
Liaising with tenants & landlords
Co-ordinate Maintenance with Trades

The Candidate:

Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST
2 years experience in a Property Management role PREFERRED
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
