Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following…

Minimum Cert II in Hospitality
Must have proven experience of at least 6months as a Cook
Experience in back of house hospitality operations is a requirement
Previous placement in variety of kitchens across short order meals, banquet food preparation and sandwich making
Have experience working in busy fast-paced kitchen environments
A high-level of personal presentation & communication skills
Attention to detail with a commitment the highest level of service
The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate
Police Check or willing to obtain one
Availability to work the weekends
