Our client is a market leaders in providing electronic security services on a national basis, now seeking highly skilled electronic security service technicians to join their well-established team in throughout Western Sydney & CBD

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for service & maintenance on commercial electronic security systems.

The role would include both service and project-based activities in a dynamic environment and within a positive and supportive workplace culture based on integrity and excellence. Great customer service and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Day to day duties would include:

Service, maintenance and commissioning of Security Equipment including a range of Type 1A and commercial electronic security technologies including Intruder Detection and Protection, Access Control and IP Video systems. CCTV, and other electronic security devices
Conducting regular fault finding and Diagnostic Checks and inspections
Fit-off and programming of Alarm Panels and field equipment
Use of technical skills to adept with great customer focus and a collaborative approach to teamwork whilst maintaining the ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.

Must be proficient in the following panels;

Bosch
Inner Range/ integriti
HikiVision
Tecom Challenger

What you need to have to be successful in the role

5 years + proven success in the Electronic Security industry
Strong use of initiative with demonstrable problem solving skills and experience
Well-developed communication skills to be able to develop genuine relationships both internally and externally
Highly self-motivated, driven to succeed and highly organised
Current NSW Security Licence and Valid Driver's licence
Open Cabling Registration
White Card
Working with Children Check
Security System Certifications ( like Concept. T-Com, Integrity, Milestone, HikiVision or Bosch)
Ability to pass a medical which includes drug and alcohol testing
