Wow Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our client based in Sydney CBD.

Our client is a fast-paced, modern and vibrant Leisure services company.

$70k - $75k + Super!
The purpose of this role is to support the CEO and wider team in sales, leadership and office management, contributing to the strategic growth of the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing support as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Management team
Second in charge in absence of the Director and assisting in employee management tasks
Managing and coordinating meetings, minute taking and preparation of agendas
Preparing powerpoint presentations
Tracking and follow up responses to tasks Director has assigned to the team
Business and development support including management of the database and referral partner program
Monitor business KPI's, track targets and motivate the team to achieve goals
Database/CRM management

The ideal candidate:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to senior management and busy team
Well-presented and able to closely manage the CEO & keep on top of partnerships
Offer suggestions and refine the daily activity of the CEO
A track record of exceeding client expectations and working to always improve the customer experience
Ability to upwardly manage a busy CEO
Highly organised, strong attention to detail, forward thinking and the ability to work autonomously
