We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor for our Darwin restaurant.

About the role:

We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to deliver the exceptional customer service that Hanuman Restaurants are renowned for. This is a hands-on role, so the applicant will need to have vast experience in an à la carte restaurant.

You are responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in planning and managing operations to exceed company targets for growth with outstanding product and service execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service
Supervising, training and supporting career development for team members
Opening and closing the restaurant as required
Performing regular stocktake (and analysis) and maintaining required stock levels
Providing administrative support to the restaurant manager
Create and manage split shift rosters; balancing levels and labour costs to achieve optimal productivity
Balancing cash registers and providing daily/monthly reports as required
Co-ordinating and managing on-site dining and off-site functions
Available for a 7-day flexible roster, including weekends and nights
Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction is provided, while maintaining high brand standards

You will have:

Previous experience in a similar role
RSA is required
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Experience in workplace health and safety procedures
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A hard working, flexible and reliable attitude, as well as a friendly disposition
The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy and fast paced environment
The ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
