Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections;
- Conduct open homes;
- Liaising with landlords & tenants;
- Organising repairs & maintenance;
- Rent reviews & increases;
- New business development;
- Market appraisals.
Skills and Experience
- A proven history of working within the Property Management space;
- Agents Representative Certificate;
- Reliable Car and a Victorian Drivers Licence;
- Be immaculately presented and well-spoken;
- Experience using REST would be HIGHLY desirable
