WOW Recruitment are looking for Operations Manager to join this exciting and rapidly expanding Marine Dealership and Boat Servicing business based in Mosman

*** $80K – 90K Plus Super ***

If you have experience as an Operations Manager and you enjoy all things marine, THIS is the opportunity for you!!!

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Work closely with department managers
Review current procedures and systems and provide recommendations for improvement
Drive the continued development of Salesforce and other systems across the business
Scope and manage projects to facilitate the above
Provide training and development to team members to develop their skills
Manage current and future resources to perform Salesforce system administration functions including creation and maintenance of users, profiles, roles, permissions and dashboards, as well as the creation of custom objects, fields and page layouts
Act as the key contact point for day-to-day operational tasks and project issues
Be the escalation point for technical and system issues
Develop procedures and policies
Delivery of operational projects on time and budget
Business wide visibility of what is being worked on and stages of development
Operations Manual up to date at all times

ABOUT YOU:

Previous project management experience
experience working within Salesforce
Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive adoption of new systems and processes
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders
Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and documentation
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative and cost-effective solutions.
Experience building and managing teams made up of local and remote resources
