The Opportunity
As a Quality and Education Manager, you will work on optimising clinical outcomes for residents. You will primarily be responsible for supporting three facilities on the Central Coast.

Support Managers through accreditation visits, and provide advice around quality management and continuous improvements.
Monitor and ensure completion of clinical audits at each site.
Work closely with Learning and Development colleagues to ensure training and education is provided to the teams as required to meet quality indicators.
Responsible for investigating and escalating critical incidents to the Regional Manager.

Key Information

Salary in the region of $95-100,000 + superannuation + salary packaging.
Join a reputable and stable not-for-profit Aged Care provider.
Negotiable opportunity to work full-time permanent or 4 days per week.
You will report to the Regional Manager.

Requirements

Clinical background - AHPRA Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated experience working within Aged Care under the new standards.
Sound knowledge and experience in the Aged Care accreditation process, quality systems, audits, governance frameworks, policies & procedures, ACFI, evaluations and report writing.
Current driving license.
Flexibility to travel to the Central Coast.
