They are searching for an experienced Senior Body Corporate Manager, someone with the highest standards around customer service experience.

In addition to being capable of managing a key portfolio of schemes, you will be someone with a natural drive for leadership and a true passion for the Body Corporate industry.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Developing annual budgets and forecasts for Bodies Corporate
Implementing building maintenance strategies
Establishing positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders
Assisting clients with lodging complex insurance claims and arrange renewals
Chairing General Meetings with Committees
Ensuring legal compliance with respect to building management and internal processes
Managing and resolving client and contractor disputes

To be successful you must have:

Ideally a minimum 4-5 years experience managing a portfolio
Own your own reliable vehicle along with your full QLD drivers licence
Results orientated with a proven track record of success
Ability to engage with and influence a wide variety of people
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage legislatively complex issues
