Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
Order taking and case management experience
Solid Data Entry skills
SAP experience, advantageous!
Possess a can do attitude and have great communication skills both written and verbally

Accounts - We are looking for highly experienced accounts payable and accounts receivable officers. To be successful you will have:

A minimum of 12 months office experience
Previous Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
Reconciliation experience
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
A friendly and confident demeanour and be able to hit the ground running.
Possess a can do attitude and have great communication skills both written and verbally

Administrators - We are looking for highly experienced administrators looking for their next temporary assignment. To be successful you will have:

A minimum of 12 months office experience
Prior experience in an administrative capacity
High proficiency in MS Office
A friendly, bubbly and confident demeanour and be able to hit the ground running.
SAP experience, advantageous!

Receptionists - Must be able to manage very busy, computer based telephone systems. To be successful you will have:

A minimum of 12 months office experience
Excellent telephone manner
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
