A well known consultancy is seeking a Structural Steel Tekla modeller to contract for 1-2 months. In-house role 5 days a week, socially distant office

About our client:
They are a well established engineering consultancy with a long history of delivering major commercial projects. Their well recognised detailing team use Tekla in house and work side by side with the engineering design team.

About this role:
This is a contract position, expected to last 1-2 months but there is always the potential for more as this group have a busy project pipeline. You will be required to work from their office 5 days a week, no remote options available.

Responsibilities:

Interpret Structural, Architectural and Steel shop drawings
Produce detailed workshop drawings for commercial steel fabrication
Providing Tekla expertise to the team
Assisting with the review of project designs and advising on preferred structural details
Monitoring and reporting to the team on drafting and fabrication status

Your talents will include:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience using Tekla
Excellent drafting presentation skills
High level of organisational and communication skills
Flexible and reliable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
