Your new role

An opportunity has become available for a proactive and innovate Office Coordinator to assist them in the daily running of the office, while supporting their community with various tasks.
This role is 3 days per week (flexible on the days) with the opportunity for additional hours from time to time.

Reporting to the leadership team, the main duties are as follows:

• Meeting and greeting visitors and community members
• Assisting with queries over the phone and via emails from members
• Updating and maintaining registers and filing systems
• Coordinating leadership meeting and taking minutes as required.
• Update WHS policies and procedures
• Managing phone and internet accounts
• Preparing and coordination production of the monthly newsletter using Publisher
• Coordinating various Events within the community
• Implement and update policies and procedures
• Ad hoc duties as requested.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience as an office coordinator or manager, have excellent MS Office skills and have the ability to implement policies and procedures.
You will also have excellent communication skills and display a unparalleled level of customer service in your daily duties. You will have respect for our clients chosen faith and values and the beliefs of the wider community.
