Our client is a highly regarded Real Estate agency with an impressive track record for success. They are on the lookout for someone to literally knock their socks off for this Receptionist role! Your busy role will include :

Customer Service & Telephone inquiries
Property Management Administration as required
Prepare leases and lease packs
REST input, vacate notices, work orders
TRA checks
Rental bonds online
Receipt monies
Administer property on the website, rental lists, and brochures

This position will require someone who has great communication skills and the ability to provide excellent client service daily. You will be immaculately presented, with previous experience in a similar role. Certificate of Registration is preferred but not essential.

Your colleagues are a rather social bunch and so are looking for someone who will "mix well" with them. And since this company relies heavily on first impressions, a polite, sincere and above all welcoming disposition is essential.
