This critical position will lead the development and implementation of core HR business processes and service excellence solutions that align with client need and technical priorities. The role will also oversee the project/change management cycle including communications, training and coaching related to system implementation.

The Corporate Application Administrator HR Information Systems will oversee the Citys payroll function and payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the Citys payrolls.

The successful applicant with have a Degree in Information Systems or similar with proven practical experience as a systems specialist in a HR/Payroll environment, coupled with well-developed communication skills, strong leadership ability and a focus on delivering results in a customer centric environment.
