About you:

To be successful in this role you will be required to address the following selection criteria:

Minimum Cert III Individual Support or Disability with 2 years' experience working within the disability sector/ or
Experience in another specialty you can bring to the program, and a willingness to complete Cert III
Current First Aid Certificate.
Understanding and commitment to the Disability Standards and WHS.
Understanding of human rights and the challenges facing those with a disability.
Sound interpersonal, role modelling and customer service skills.
Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments.
Current Working with Children Check and NSW Driver's Licence (Green P2 or Full).
