A bit about you

You are a motivated self-starter who can take the initiative to lead Domain multimedia capabilities, with the ability to develop others across the team. You are an expert at maintaining a high level of creativity andsophistication with videography ensure were alwaysinnovating.

A lot about the role

In this role you will lead Domains video and motion graphic capabilities, creating content for our consumer and commercial audiences to support and amplify our brand messages. You will work closely with our content teams to extend Domains storytelling capabilities through video and multimedia, built for purpose across our site and key social channels (Facebook, instagram, Youtube)

Please note this is a full time 6 - months fixed term parental leave cover role.

A day in the life

* Demonstrate experience in design and editing, working with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere and After Effects). Experience across audio/podcast a plus.
* Create social media & digital marketing content to a high standard including videos, stills, animations,illustrationsand more
* Develop videobriefs, storyboards/shot planning,timelines and budgets.
* Create visual content tailored to a range of marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, website, digital ads, EDMs and more)
* Clear communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders across marketing, content and creative teams.
* Manage your time effectively and keep all projectsorganised& accurately archive footage
* Engage external agencies and brief, commission and produce content from conception through to launch, managing projects to be on time and budget.

What we are looking for?

* We do not need any uni-degrees, but specific experience, just a real passion for what you do and the ability to create really cool, sophisticated content is enough, but it must be quality.
* Experience in storytelling & commercials
* Videography skills including motion design, video production shooting & editing
* Experience in data visualization & visual storytelling
* Ability to work autonomously & also in a team
* Ability to make informed decision
* Ability to develop the broader teams skills in motion & video editing
* Audio editing experience is highly desired but not mandatory
