The positions require high level professional legal secretaries with previous experience within a law firm. You will be supporting a legal team and working on various support duties.

You will be responsible for;

Client Liaison; including arranging appointments and a high level of letter and document drafting, amending and correspondence
Opening and closing files
Attending to phone calls providing exceptional client contact and redirecting calls to the appropriate people
Preparing bills, cheque requisitions, inputting timesheets and other accounts related paperwork for the matter
Preparation of briefs
Document preparation and amendments for court applications and hearings
File maintenance (electronic and hard-copy filing)
Email and diary management, scanning, faxing and printing
Letter and document drafting, reviewing and preparation for approval
Advanced Microsoft office skills
Provide general legal support and attend to general administration duties

Your skills will include:

A desire to produce high quality and accuracy work produced
Ability to be a team player and work autonomously where required
Work under pressure, multi-task with a high attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all parties
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience in using digital dictation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
PEXA knowledge and experience
