Admin/ Secretarial duties
Data Entry
Ensure smooth running of admin, customer orders, despatches, and bookkeeping
Accept and process customer orders
Accounts payable and receivable
Superannuation queries and payments
Filing
Maintain Employee records
Reporting

Role requirements & criteria:

Process-driven
Flexible availability
Problem-solving
A high level of proven experience in Administration
Advanced MS Word
MS Excel
Drivers license
