About the client:

Our client is a world leader in significant heavy plant (think big, very BIG), and associated services; with operations all over the world.

Head quartered in Sydney, our client boasts one of the world's largest fleets of their type, including one particular assets which is 'the' world number one for its sheer capacity; subsequently, my client a substantial, global, inventory of spares / components to support their worldwide projects; which are often constructing some of the largest, and iconic, structures known to man.

About the role:

Due to continued success, and year on year growth, this long established contractor is now seeking an experienced Storeman / Store Manager; to carefully manage a vast inventory of critical parts and components, and the global logistics, of getting such kit timely dispatched to critical projects in all four corners of the world.

As such, Zenith Search have been engaged to identify and secure the successful candidate, in this newly created, and key, role.

About you:

The successful candidate will have a commensurate background in all the above, with, ideally, a heavy plant context; and some significant commercial smarts in running a highly efficient global, or national, operation.

We would also be particularly interested to hear from any spares / parts management specialist that has successfully implemented, and run, an operation controlled by RFID tagging.
