Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a temp business support officer to join one of our successful and highly sought after Toll units in Villawood. Working 9am-5pm, the role is an exciting opportunity to prove yourself within the transport industry.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Investigation and follow up of logistics related customer queries.
Responding to high volumes of phone calls and email queries in a timely and professional manner.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries.
Administrative tasks - reconciliation of PODs, manifesting, maintenance of records and dangerous goods documentation as required.

Tasks related to quoting and pricing consignment notes.
Support with finance admin tasks including data entry relating to revenue and costs and entering of driver run sheets.
General administrative tasks including filing and archiving.
Working towards and achieving KPIs.

Successful applicants will possess the below skills and attributes:

Demonstrated customer service skills within the transport and logistics industry.
High level of written and oral communication skills.
Good problem solving and investigation skills.
Strong time management skills.
Eagerness to work as part of a team.
