Currently they seek to employ an experienced Care Manager in the North Gosford area.

The Opportunity

You will be given autonomy but also receive the support of your very experienced Facility Manager to ensure your success. Your role will be to work closely with the residents and your clinical care team to ensure all clinical and personal needs are met and/or foreseen. You will be leading a core group of 9 Registered Nurses plus nearly 75 care and support staff. You will be introducing best-care practices and you will be responsible for driving these. You will also be responsible for the management of all staff and resources, ensuring the relevant accreditation's and requirements are met, and provide strong mentoring to the junior managers and supervisors.

• Current AHPRA registered nurse with managerial experience
• High Care, Dementia, and Respite experience essential
• Thorough ACFI knowledge and understanding
• Demonstrated autonomous leadership skills
• Passion and commitment to warmth and care for the elderly

An attractive salary package circa $110K+ will be offered to the right candidate, and a possible relocation expense subsidy.
