Day to Day, ….

You and your team will work on a variety of work, both case managing or with your team. The legal work is both front-end and strategic as well as back-end dispute resolution.
You will also have the opportunity to undertake advocacy. The team works closely alongside the practitioners in the Workplace Relations Policy team, who are involved in making submissions in inquiries/royal commissions and on proposed legislative reform, lobbying and running test cases.

A bit about you:

Legally qualified with 6+ years relevant IR/Legal experience,
Interested in growing with the organisation and capable of holding a lead position with them in the future.
