What you'll be doing:

The position of Manager Maintenance, Contracts and Essential Services is responsible for management, planning and coordination of service contracts for the District.

The position will manage the development & implementation of Maintenance and compliance plans that will assist the maintenance of Buildings Engineering Services, general plant and equipment to a standard that will enable the safe occupation of such buildings, and the safe use of such equipment and facilities by all staff, patients and visitors.
