As a Nursing Unit Manager, your role as a leader in our organisation will help us shape the future of rural health, with your advanced clinical skills and collaborative and supportive mentoring style, leading the team to achieving our goal of healthier rural people and thriving communities.

The Adolescent Inpatient Mental Health Team in Orange is a multidisciplinary team and partners with a range of Health Services and other agencies to provide acute mental health services to young people and their carers from various LHDs including Western, Far West, Murrumbidgee and Southern. The Adolescent Inpatient Mental Health Unit provides evidence based best practice in a trauma informed and recovery focussed environment with the young people and their carers central to their care.
