The Opportunity

With opportunities across NSW and ACT, depending on your allied health discipline, your day will include:

Managing a portfolio of maximum 25 return-to-work files
Managing physical and psychological injuries
Identifying barriers preventing return-to-work
Conducting ADL, workplace and functional assessments
Providing vocational counselling
Attending medical appointments and communicating complex medical information back to insurer customers
Completing assessments and writing reports
Communicating with injured worker, employer, Doctor and other medical professionals to ensure appropriate intervention
Facilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work plan
Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements

Essential Criteria

AHPRA registered as Physiotherapist
AHPRA Registered as Occupational Therapist
Provisional or Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist; or
Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor; or
ESSA accredited in Exercise Physiology
Car and valid Driver’s license
Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
