Your new role
You will lead a high performance surface mining maintenance team and work a 5 days, 5 nights, 5 off roster residential in Kalgoorlie. Your team will be responsible for the both preventative maintenance and servicing as well as field breakdowns and diagnostics on their range of mainly CAT and Komatsu fleet.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have an Australia recognised heavy mobile plant trade as well as the ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test. You will have a proven track record of leading a successful maintenance team. You will also be required to complete a National Police Clearance as part of the mobilisation process.
