You will act as the professional development counsellor for business analyst colleagues, by developing a professional relationship with our consultants that includes an in-depth understanding of the individual’s professional development aspirations, experience, strengths, development needs, and relevant personal circumstances - both on an on-going basis and around specific engagements. You will also monitor consultant development and provide coaching and guidance on appropriate assignments, skill development, career progression and other topics as they arise, with special attention to those in their inflection points.

You will lead the staffing function, together with the AUO PD and Staffing team to ensure consultants are appropriately staffed to teams and provide guidance on staffing. You will ensure consultants receive the required development opportunities while balancing and reflecting client service needs. You will provide these consultants with formal and informal feedback related to their staffing and evaluations. You will also be part of the semi-annual review process, working closely with our People committee leaders to drive and manage the review process for consultants in your region.

You may also be engaged in other practice / People related initiatives as situation arises. You can also be considered on a specialist level depending on your experience.
