Description

Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Responsible for the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external consumers and customers via the phone, email and web
Maintain and update folders with the most recent information relating to pricing and products
Handle customer issues and queries in a professional, efficient and empathetic manner through outstanding product knowledge e.g. pricing, new products and product availability
Order and data entry

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role
A background within the FMCG industry
Seamless verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to multi-task
