About the Role

CTC are looking for a Senior Level 2-3 Engineer to join the HelpDesk Team. We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Engineer that will be able to work on and manage client project's through to completion and act as a senior escalation point for our team. The key areas of focus will be servers, networks & disaster recovery. Assist with planning & scoping of projects. The successful candidate should be able to assist our HelpDesk Manager with succesful running of the Support Desk, provide assistance to other Engineers as required & a tenacity to work through complex problems to seek a successful resolution for CTC customer. Desired Skills & Experience

Ability to work independently on jobs as well as work as a Team player
Solid understanding of Office365, new setup & migration of servers & site moves
Strong hardware knowledge for both pc’s & servers
Strong networking knowledge with desired solid understanding of Cisco devices.
Strong ability to work independently on complex issues and find a resolution for the client that meets CTC standard’s and prevents re-occurrence where possible ie process improvement.
Attend onsite requests as required to keep updated with customer sites and skills.
Ability to create & manage technical documentation
Understanding of CargoWise One Application
Rock solid communication skills, verbal and written
Customer service focus
Time Management/Organisation skills
Professional approach and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Positive approach to change and continuous improvement

Salary

80K-90K subject to experience
