Thompson Motor Group Echuca, part of the Thompson Motor Group of Companies, are looking for a high performing sales professional seeking to level up in their career.

Currently we have a vacancy for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Echuca dealership… Reporting to and assisting the General Sales Manager on a daily basis, along with providing assistance and guidance to the dealership staff, this position will suit a sales-orientated person who is reliable and organised with a proven track record.

THE ROLE

You will report to the General Sales Manager with duties to include, but not limited to:

Vehicle Sales, both New & Used.
Fleet sales Management
Finance sales (To the right candidate)
Motivation of all staff around you.
Showroom & Yard Presentation.
Internet advertising of vehicles.

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicant will need to have:

A Professional appearance & customer service ethic
A passion for sales with a customer satisfaction focus
A person who strives to exceed targets that are set
Strong relationship building abilities
Previous experience in the automotive industry will be well regarded but not mandatory.
An excellent remuneration package will all be negotiated with the right candidate.
