The role is for an experienced Industrial Sales Principal / Team Manager to join a successful Sales, Marketing and Digital recruitment team in Sydney. You will inherit a great brand, client relationships and candidates on the purpose built CRM from day one. Market leading training and an exceptional and experienced management team will help you drive your success. Initially it will be a 360 recruitment role but as you grow the business to its next stage the opportunity to hire and lead the team, based on your ability and motivation is also on offer, longer term. This company makes significant investments into the growth of its future leaders.

You must have 3-5 years minimum experience in recruitment agency in a 360 degree role with a track record of proven success with billings ideally $400k+ You will also need to have an inclusive, team oriented character combined with a hard work ethic and drive to be successful.

In return you will be rewarded with:

A strong base salary: $90-110k + super
Leading commission scheme for a global player (30% above 3x base threshold)
