JOB TITLE: Sales Development Representative – SEO SaaS platform
LOCATION: Sydney
PACKAGE: $70k + Super

ROLE INFORMATION

- This is a level 1 support role for an experienced troubleshooter
-Clients will look to you for a solution focussed approach
- You'll be dealing with challenging support queries and focusing on providing suburb support to clients of all levels
- Managing multiple tickets on a daily basis
-working to defined KPIs around service delivery
-Engaging with leadership team to provide feedback and ideas to help grow the business
- You'll be targetted on customer satisfaction and rewarded for providing an amazing experience!

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

They are looking for experienced B2B support consultants
You'll need to have delivered outstanding service to SMB or Corporate clients, ideally for a software vendor (hardware or MSP considered)
Full training will be given and solid aptitude for technology will increase the speed of learning.
They want candidate with a huge focused on customer success and you'll be somebody who takes great pleasure from delighting the customer
Good energy and enthusiasm over the phone and email are vital
