Your new company
An exclusive opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a well-respected home décor lighting retailer. This brand is highly regarded for their prestigious, vintage inspired and antique home décor lighting collections.

Your new role
Based in Melbourne's South East, this role will see you reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and across the customer service team. You will be accountable for maintaining the relationships and after-service of all clientele. You will be responsible for communicating any issues with repairs or customer enquiries with the correct department whilst follow up with client requests. Providing an updated understanding of all repairs, daily stock deliveries and follow-up is also areas of your daily focus. You will be providing quality customer service via phone and email; assisting clients with general product information including pricing, quotations, product information and availability together with face to face customer assistance and sales on the show room floor. Essentially, you will be the first and last point of contact with all the clients through providing exceptional customer service and follow through.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have strong experience in working in a similar environment; retail lighting experience is highly preferred. You must be able to adapt to all retail facets with the ability to prioritize and work across multiple departments, such as e-commerce, warehouse and the delivery department. Exceptional organisational, communication and presentation skills are a must, together with excellent interpersonal and team-player attributes. As you will be the first point of contact for customers, it is important that you understand the importance of making a great first and last impression.
