This local family run business has been in the Maitland area for 25 years and is looking for an office all-rounder to join their team. You’ll be able to either work from the office or work from home. Working very closely with the owner of the business you’ll be responsible for scheduling jobs, speaking with customers, and social media and digital marketing.

The company is working towards becoming a paperless office and are implementing new systems. You’ll work closely with the bookkeeper to get these systems up and running, moving the company into the digital age.

More about the role:

Maintain and develop all social media and digital marketing
Reply to all customers via phone or email
Schedule the jobs for staff
Help prepare quotes for customers
Organise staff training and licenses

More about you:

Amazing organisation skills
Geographical knowledge of the Hunter region
Advanced Word and Excel skills
Excellent customer service skills via email and phone
Ability to work unsupervised & independently
Experience with team scheduling
Experience writing quotes
