What youll do

* Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will support and execute strategies that drive the revenue growth of the Lotts website and mobile channels
* Lead and execute on-site and in-app promotional activities aimed at driving conversion and digital sales
* Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams (including Performance Marketing, Brand and UX) to deliver business objectives
* Provide regular reporting and analysis of on-site and in-app campaigns
* Provide internal support for regular updates of digital content
* Provide high level support to development teams for content updates linked to major project releases
* Ensure digital channels are compliant with regulations across all Lotteries jurisdictions

What youll bring

* Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management with proven experience in managing competing priorities in a highly regulated working environment
*
* Strong experience with platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud or Salesforce
* Strong experience with Content Management systems (Sitecore, Wordpress and Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
* Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Omniture (Adobe) or Google Analytics
* Experience in digital copywriting and/or HTML/CSS will be highly regarded
