What you'll be doing

The Gosford Acute Care Team (GACT) Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical management of the team including:

Discharge planning from the Gosford Acute Care Team with an emphasis on demand management and seamless integration with other service components.
Liaising with and provide consultation to Management and staff of other mental health teams.
Efficiently managing the resources (human, financial and technological) of the cost centres

The position is responsible for ensuring that staff from the Team comply with professional and organisational obligations regarding:

Policies and procedures
Risk management
Notifications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements

This role is suitable for the following:

Nurse Mgr Gde 2
Occupational Therapist Lvl 5
Snr Psychologist
Social Worker Lvl 5
