As part of a dynamic and growing local team, the Product Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of InComm's product partner accounts, including key brands in both digital content and retail. You will also assist with product launches, gift card production and regular product partner business reviews.

This role will be responsible for managing key international digital product partner relationships for the Australia & New Zealand territory.

You will work closely with all members of our team, including the Merchant Account team, Marketing and Operations, as well as having regular contact with our local and international colleagues and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships and managing business accounts. We are looking for a natural sales person with a penchant for technology and the ability to manage projects.

Proactively manage global and local product partner accounts, working collaboratively with partners to develop and implement product plans in order to grow sales via new market opportunities and via promotion and marketing
Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, product counterparts in US and Operations to develop and provide all information that is required in order to set up and launch products in InComm distribution channels for both physical and digital gift cards
Act as an advocate for InComm's technologies, understanding practical applications and how they can be implemented to benefit product partners, retailers and consumers
Lead and Product Management process for physical and digital gift cards, including:

Billing, card production, encoding, card design, PO, image, logo and trade marketing requests, reporting and all other aspects of product sales
POSA card and Digital Certificate set-up and launch
Partner business reviews and account planning
Card Production forecasting
Coordination of IT integrations and internal set up with key stakeholders
Development of product pitch deck materials and presentations for internal and external use
Acting as facilitator between the client and internal InComm support functions, including Operations, Billing and Reporting

Develop Marketing and Promotional activities for assigned product partners to drive product sales , including:

Participation in internal/external sales planning sessions for assigned products to maximize promotional opportunities,
Working with Product and Account Management Teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, working closely with stakeholders to achieve ROI and brand awareness,
Working with Product and Account Management Teams to manage marketing and promotional calendar and placement of products, including the creation/production of in-store promotional materials

3 years of work related experience
Previous retail experience at a corporate/head office level in buying/operations/planning will be viewed favourably
University qualified in a relevant discipline
Willingness to learn and ambition to be successful
Proven ability to prioritise workload and project manage through planning and scheduling
Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects & tasks simultaneously
Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive projects from end to end
Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
Confident communicator & ability to interact at any level
Results-focused, collaborative team player with proven ability to also work independently
Able to confidently build rapport both internally and with business partners
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and agility to grasp other business systems quickly
Previous experience working with digital content and/or gift card product in Australia and New Zealand markets will be looked upon favorably
