SaaS Start up in the CBD is currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst to aid in the configuration, implementation and support of their platform.

This will be a fun, fast paced, Agile environment with a lot of autonomy. Your role will first start in application support, before moving into platform configuration and then finally moving into more of a client engagement role.

You will need advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of system workflows.

Experience / Skill set required -

Prior experience working in customer / application support
Experience working on a SaaS platform
Strong issue resolution expertise
Dealing with customers via phone, email and face to face
Software configuration skills
Logging tickets
Ability to analyse, recommend and improve complex business workflows
Feature / product development
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to hold workshops and present to clients
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, unstructured, business
Excellent communication skills
