Digital Marketing Manager

Ally Fashion is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work in our fun, fast growing organisation! This is a new role that will report into the Head of E-commerce. This role will help formulate campaign strategies, provide tactical optimisations, and multi-channel reporting and attribution.

Ally fashion is a young ladies fast fashion destination providing high street fashions and the latest trends at an affordable price. With a current portfolio of 145+ stores, it has presented a number of opportunities for team members who want to be to be part of this exciting time of growth.

You will:

Manage agency relationships and own the performance of the digital elements of our marketing strategy, working to continuously optimise our performance activity (paid search, paid social, affiliates, retargeting).
Create and update a dashboard for digital & ecommerce performance including ROI metrics.
Ongoing management and development of the CRM strategy to create an agile, up-to-date database and utilise information to create meaningful and personalised messaging.
Provide necessary reporting to quantify success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid campaigns, sales and traffic.
Develop new and improved ways to communicate and connect with customers through various digital channels.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Ensure all site content is relevant and up-to-date.
Brief in marketing campaigns to agencies and in-house teams and ensure successful and timely roll out across channels.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Be a performance marketing channel expert with a proven record of increasing quality traffic and optimizing return on investment
You live and breathe cpc's, ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, Rev per visitor, Conversion and session metrics
Strong budget management experience
Proven experience in consumer digital marketing from strategy to creation and execution
Strong experience with email marketing tools, SEM/SEO and CMS
Understanding of CRM including lifecycle marketing, user journeys and automated triggered marketing
Excellent command of Google Analytics AdWords and other digital platforms to maximize marketing strategy and tactics;
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
